Registration

Individuals who want to take part in the Services must register and create an Account on the Spinzwin site.

The company will assess the facts, information, and documents you give as part of the “know your customer” approach. The company will do an extra “know your customer” procedure in certain situations such as high fraud scores, suspicious information, many deposits, several IPs accessing the account, unusual gameplay, and your jurisdiction.

Only one account is permitted per user on this website. If you establish multiple accounts, the company has the right to ban or shut any or all of them at its own discretion. In such a situation, the company may cancel all bonuses and winnings in the accounts and refund any deposited cash.

Withdrawal Terms

You may withdraw your real money balance, including your deposit and any wins from the deposit, at any moment without limitations.

Prior to making a withdrawal, you must first complete a successful deposit. Upon requesting a withdrawal, the money is transferred to the payment method(s) originally utilised for deposit.

If your payment method is not eligible for withdrawal owing to third-party limitations, the withdrawal will be processed using an alternative payment method that is accessible to you.

The Company may delay or stop withdrawal payments if you have pending deposits until all deposits are received and verified. If your bank or payment method imposes a processing fee for the withdrawal, you are responsible for covering this cost.
